it's not always about rules and grammar, you can move from average to pro by just having fun and good chat . I worked with officials and helped them improve their spoken english and i helped master degree students finalize their spoken english for their finals, and that's only by having a cup of tea or having a long casual talk about everyday life you understand english, but cannot reply fast you have the right words but you lack fluency you know the word but it takes you time to find it and say it take 10 classes with me, and you'll notice how fast and fluent your spoken english has become.
