- taught conversation, pronunciation and grammar to all ages from preschool to adults and from writing and business English to GEPT, grammar and conversation. - I have 15+ years experience teaching English as a Second Language - I lived in Asia and travelled extensively over almost 20 years, so I know the culture well and what students need to learn English - studied history and political philosophy and enjoy sharing my knowledge with students - I have experience writing for newspapers so know about writing and editing and can help with that - I am interested in many languages, cultures and subjects and thus can talk about a broad range of topics I like to get students talking and practicing and getting comfortable speaking English by asking them lots of questions and letting them use their new vocabulary to describe themselves and their lives and background to me. You will learn how to speak better and pronounce English better with me in a native North American accent. - I also like to incorporate my history and political philosophy background into my lessons so that students not only learn English but also come to understand me, and some of the history and culture of English speaking countries and people.
