I am from America, currently residing in Africa, where I teach rural children English and computer skills, as a volunteer. I also volunteer to teach children in orphanages in Bali and Thailand. I also homeschool my own child. I love seeing students grow and develop a love for the English language. I have been teaching since 2011, and in 2012 I receive my BA in General Education. I also have 22 years business English experience and am a native speaker. I speak English and Afrikaans, I can also read and write both fluently. I am a beginner level German speaker and have started with the basics of Chinese writing. So I understand the challenges of learning a new language. I am a very patient teacher and can easily adapt the lesson to the student’s needs. It is very important to me that my students leave feeling happy and successful. See you in my classroom.
