Hi my name is Liz. I'm originally from Belgium but I have been living in South Africa for over 4 years. I'm a very social human being, and just love meeting new people. A lot of people here don't speak English very well and I love to help them improve their skills. I've got a background in Social work and have been mentoring young adult for over 5 years, whilst improving their English communication skills. Therefore, I decided to obtain my TEFL certificate, to make it official. My teaching style? I'll be your tutor if you want to learn Dutch or English through engaging and interactive interactions and exercises. Learning a new language isn't as difficult as you might think: with the right assistance, you'll be on an expert level in no time! As a certified TEFL teacher and a native Dutch tutor, I aim to assist my students at their pace, ensuring that you are comfortable and confident whilst learning the skills they are looking for! Audio/Video policy: Through Skype of Zoom, we'll have our own little online classroom, where your facial expressions and body language will help me make sure I'm following your pace! Only audio won't do the trick and admit it, it's so impersonal when you can't see the other person!
