Hello! My name is Ira. I have been teaching English for five years already. I have taught English to people of different cultural backgrounds and age range. Most of my students are from Singapore, China, and Russia. I have a Bachelor's degree in Communication and a TESOL certificate. I continuously hone my skills to make sure of the quality of teaching I give to my students. The student-centered approach works perfectly for most of my students. I talk to them according to their age and personality. I learn their interests and strengths and of course, their weaknesses. Every student is unique. Some of them might be good at sharing stories. For example, some students always talk about how their day went and from there I will make the atmosphere conducive for learning and for expressing their minds in class. I always look for their personalities and interests to make the class delightful.
