不夠努力？那就準備被吃掉吧！

每天，當太陽升起來的時候，非洲大草原上的動物們就開始奔跑了。獅子媽媽在教育自己的孩子：“你要是跑不過最慢的羚羊，你就會活活地餓死。”同時，羚羊媽媽也在教育自己的孩子：“如果你不能比跑得最快的獅子還要快，那你就肯定會被他們吃掉。”這個故事告訴了我們，在這有著激烈競爭的世界(大草原)上，如果你沒辦法讓自己更進步、跑得更快，你就會被其他人狠狠地甩在後頭。
在國高中的時候，我認為我的英文成績雖然不到頂尖，但也算還不錯，因此產生了有種英文好像也不太需要去努力學習的錯覺。然而上了大學之後我才發現其實許多人都是跟我一樣的程度甚至更好，無論是聽力還是口說，能表現得更好的人比比皆是，何況我在大學主修的是國貿，擁有良好的英文能力是基本的。因此，我認為我不能再以半吊子的態度來學習英文，我把目標設在多益900分，之後家人介紹了Amber老師，從此就開始了我的學習旅程。
我認為學習語言的過程中是需要輕鬆、有趣的，才會有使人更有動力學習，而上Amber老師的課是非常有趣的，時常分享有關於自己生活的趣事，還推薦了許多美劇、實境秀給我，讓我在休閒時間還能夠增進自己的英文能力。雖然Amber老師的課非常有趣，卻一點都不馬虎，即使我的目標是多益考試，老師也提供了學生許多的口說機會，畢竟學習語言的最終目的是要與他人溝通。Amber老師在閱讀和聽力方面也有強大的技巧，學會這些技巧後，我發現我的答題速度以及答對率都有明顯的增強，非常的有成就感，我也感受到了自己正一步一步地向目標邁進。

When the sun rises in the morning , the animals on the grassland start to run in Africa . Mama Lion always tells their child that if you can’t run faster than the slowest antelope , you will starve to dead . Meanwhile , mama antelope also educates their child by telling them “ If you can’t run faster than the fastest lion , you will be eaten by them definitely . ”This story tells us that we need to make ourselves better in this intensely competitive world , or you will be left behind.
During the period of my junior and senior high school, I often got good grades on my English test . Accordingly, I used to think that I don’t need to pay much more attention to learn English . However, not until I go to university did I realized that there are many people are even better than me in English subject t. They perform remarkably on listening and speaking as well. My major in college is international business, so it is basic that we have excellent English competency .Therefore , I set my goal on toeic 900 and study hard to achieve my goal . Afterwards, my sister recommended teacher Amber to me, so my journey finally started.
I find it important that every class should be interesting and the atmosphere is comfortable. The more interesting it is, the more motivation we have on learning English . And it is fun to interact with teacher Amber in class , she often shares something interesting or funny in her life. She also recommends a lot of shows to me so that I can improve my listening even in my leisure time . Although it’s toeic class, teacher Amber also gives us opportunity to speak which can improve our oral ability . After all, being able to converse with other people fluently is the final goal for learning language. Teacher Amber also teaches us some useful techniques on listening and reading .After applying this skill , I have obvious progress on my answering speed and correct rate . It really gives me a lot of sense of achievement and makes me feel that I step on the right way to reach my goal .
